IT Infrastructure & Systems Manager

Location: Chennai |  Work Type: Full-time, On-site |  Work Days: Monday to Friday

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled IT Infrastructure & Systems Manager to lead and support our organization’s IT operations. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical depth with people skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about driving service excellence.

• Manage day-to-day IT operations including:
  • Network & System Administration: Firewalls, Active Directory, Antivirus, Wi-Fi, VPN
  • Hardware & Software: Desktops, laptops, printers, VoIP, CCTV, biometric systems
  • Cloud & Licensing: Office 365, email systems, subscription/license management
  • Connectivity: Internet service providers (ISP) and telephony
• Lead vendor management and oversee IT infrastructure projects
• Ensure alignment with ISMS and ISO 27001 security standards
• Support users with empathy and a preventive approach
• Optional: Manage and plan IT budgets
• Guide and support a small IT team while reporting to senior management

• Experience: 7 to 10 years in IT infrastructure and systems management
• Industry Background: BPO or KPO experience preferred
• Education: BE/BTech or equivalent hands-on experience
