The Organization
E-Merge tech was founded in the year 2007 by Mr. Raju Elangovan, CEO and the Managing Director, and a team of professionals
with diverse back grounds and rich international business experience.
The company is governed by a Board of Directors.

Raju Elangovan
Raju Elangovan is an accomplished Entrepreneur and Business Leader with more than four decade of rich diverse industry experience to global leading enterprises. His illustrious career is demonstrated with his enriched strategic proficiency, domain expertise and proven ability to execute with excellence.
His diverse background spans across Life Sciences, Engineering, Retail, Chemical, CPG, Law and Management with global leading enterprises. His four decade of experience include more than two decades of, CXO Positions in various organization.
In the last two decade, he nurtured the niche service and solution organization and enhanced the organization under his unwavering gardener leadership style. He is devoted to making inspiring teams, building collaboration and proven highest Quality of Services rendered to global customers. His profound relationship forged with organization and customers that have stood test of time.
He trust in building an environment that inspires thinking outside conventional precincts, nurtures the team ability to reach their full potential and endows the team to raise the bar. He is a tech enthusiastic and a self-confessed joyful guide front ending discussions with stakeholders across the geography.
He is recognized as a dynamic entrepreneur with a proactive approach, adept at motivating teams and building cohesive units. Known for his proficiency in quality systems, he also excels as a persuasive speaker and contributes insightful business articles to global publications.
He holds degree in Life Sciences, Law and Master Degree in Management. Also Master degree in Training and Administrative Law marks the unsettled ambition to steer organization growth.

Anjana Elangovan
Dr. Anjana, a proud Super Specialty Surgeon in plastic Reconstructive and Faciomaxillary Surgery from Madras Medical College, India with a IAAPS fellowship in Cosmetics Surgery is a consultant Surgeon in the ever-evolving fraternity of Plastic Surgery.
High Quality Patient Care is her primary motive.
Her spectrum of professional qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery, a Master Degree in general surgery, Super Specialty degree in plastic surgery and IAAPS fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery from premier medical universities/institutes.
She plays role as Board Advisory at E-Merge tech in the areas of Life Sciences, Healthcare and Medical Devices Industry with her strong Domain expertise.
She has attended and presented on various topic in the medical domain and shared her experience through scientific content at National and International level. As a Gold medalist in a specialty subject, she is a voracious reader, hardcore professional and always in pursuit of updating herself to be in the forefront of her area of medical expertise.
She educates, care and guide every aspect of Human Life, and drive the principle of 3i- Inspiration-Innovation-Intelligence at E-Merge tech as knowledge mentor. Her care towards Human Health is immense for many social causes across region without geo restrictions.

We have been accredited with ISO 9001 certification for our quality systems by the international ISO certifying agency TUV SUD, Germany. We are obsessed with quality in whatever we do. The ISO 9001 accreditation was awarded to us as early as 2008, the very next year of founding the company.
Our Information Security Management System (ISMS) is in line with the international standard.
We have been accredited with ISO 27001 certification for ISMS.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Our commitment to preserve and uphold the eco system conducive for everyone in the society is demonstrated in every possible way. Our work place and the premises are declared as smoking free zone. As a culture, we follow power saving and water saving best practices in the office.
Through mime and skit programmes our employees propagate the message of importance of water and the necessity for saving water.
Similarly, short films were produced by our employees on social themes like blindness, women’s safety and organ donation awareness.
