Cold Calling Executive – US Region

Location: Chennai, India

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Executive to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and initiating contact with potential clients in the US region.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients in the US region to introduce our products/services.
  • Willing to do 120 calls a day. Cold calling is a must as part of this job profile.
  • Utilize a strategic approach to engage potential clients and create interest in our offerings.
  • Qualify leads and set up appointments for the Business Development Managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted calling campaigns.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and call volume.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Cold Calling Executive or similar sales/customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of the US market and business practices is a plus
  • Any Bachelor’s degree and above

Shift

Monday to Friday onsite, aligning with the working hours of the US.
