As a Regulatory Research & Intelligence Associate, you will work closely with global regulatory, scientific, compliance, and business teams supporting projects across industries such as chemicals, cosmetics, food, consumer products, agrochemicals, medical devices, and life sciences.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory & Scientific Research
  • Review scientific publications, regulatory documents, technical reports, and industry literature.
  • Extract, summarize, and organize critical technical and regulatory information.
  • Conduct literature reviews and evidence collection activities.
  • Support regulatory intelligence and compliance monitoring projects.
  • Track evolving regulations, guidance documents, and industry developments.
Data Analysis & Knowledge Development
  • Analyze technical data and identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
  • Transform complex scientific information into clear and actionable insights.
  • Support preparation of research summaries, intelligence reports, and technical briefs.
  • Assist in compiling regulatory and compliance-related documentation.
Strategic Business Support
  • Support business development teams with market and industry intelligence.
  • Identify emerging regulatory trends that may create opportunities for clients.
  • Conduct competitor and industry landscape analysis.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, white papers, and knowledge assets.
Documentation & Communication
  • Prepare structured reports, presentations, and client-facing summaries.
  • Communicate findings clearly and professionally.
  • Participate in internal discussions and present research outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on global projects.
