It is said that our success will be determined 5% academic credentials, 15% by professional experience and 80% by our communication skills.
We in E-Merge tech conducted a Presentation Skills Training Program. We continuously hunt for employees who are highly interactive. This observation was done by HoDs by their performance in the events and their involvement in project related work.
This program’s main initiative was to develop leadership qualities, to create innovative thinking and develop creative and interesting ways to inspire & influence the audience.
The whole program was divided into 6 sessions. A few topics of the session included:
- Importance of body language, posture, eye contact with audience
- Structure of presentation
- Key Elements of Presentation
- Handling the Q&A session
- How to create an impactful presentation?
- How to make an effective content on every slides?
Each session had a short presentation by every employee. Simultaneously, all gave feedback on the tiniest of details aiming for a perfect presentation. As the sessions crossed, our employees lost the nervousness, stage fear and gained a lot of confidence as they walked out of the Nalanda Hall.
